Use a recycled CD or DVD and fun Crayola Model Magic® to make your own game spinner. Use it to play lots of games, including those that you invent!
1.
Check with an adult to make sure you can use a discarded CD or DVD for your project. Decide how many sections to make on your game spinner.
2.
With a Crayola marker barrel, roll a thin, colorful Crayola Model Magic® slab for each section. Cut slabs into pie shapes with Crayola Scissors. Lay the sections in place.
3.
Roll out coils of one color. Put them in place to divide the sections. Add decorative trim around the inside or outside edges of the circle if you like.
4.
If you like, inside each section, create a Model Magic object with slabs, balls, and coils. Or use tiny coils to write a numeral, letter, or name in each space. Model Magic dries to the touch overnight and dries completely in 2 or 3 days.
5.
You get to invent the game rules—maybe even create your own board game or outdoor playing grid! Lay the spinner on a flat surface and place a fine-line Crayola Marker or Colored Pencil in the center. Spin the disc to decide where you move! Have fun with your friends and family! Good luck!
